STORYTIME WITH JAMEY HOOD!!
EVERY FRIDAY FROM 11:00 - 11:30 am
Storytime is back...and it is new and improved. You can look forward to books, songs, dancing and even some use of instruments....We are so excited about our new storyteller, Jamey Hood. She is an actor/singer born and raised in Southern California. After graduating from PCPA in 2000, Jamey spent several years performing in regional theatres all over the United States. Jamey's local work in children's theatre includes Creative Playground, five seasons of Summer sounds at the Hollywood Bowl, Powerhouse Theatre's Legend of Alex, Center Theatre Group's production of The Very Persistent Gappers of Frip, and South Coast Rep's world premiere musical Imagine. Working with children and witnessing their growth is such a rewarding experience and is constant fuel for Jamey's own artistic growth. Jamey is also a licensed Kindermusik educator and is currently teaching several Kindermusik classes at Totz Only.
